Adult ADHD online support group

ADHD Hellas is proud to announce the creation of an ADHD support group for English speaking adults living in Greece.

ADHD in adults can be a disheartening experience. Concentration, memory, time management challenges and emotional regulation difficulties can make day to day living hard and not many people around us can understand that. Unless they too have ADHD.
The more you know about ADHD the better off you will be-not just knowing the obvious stuff, but really understanding why your brain does what it does (and sometimes does not do). This will get you up for success.

Join Ms. Giullieta Pavlopoulou, ADHD Coach and Educator in a monthly online support group starting March 20 2019 @ 1.30-2.20 pm.

Attendance is free for all ADHD Hellas members and 10€ for all non members.
